REQUIREMENTS Who we’re looking for? We’re seeking a 3D Render Specialist to join our team and work hand-in-hand with colleagues across disciplines on a variety of luxury residential interior design projects. We’d encourage you to apply if: You are passionate about design and believe in the power of design to be a catalyst for change You are enthusiastic about, and comfortable committing to, our multidisciplinary design process You are curious, open-minded and have a strong desire to learn about contemporary interior design practices You work well in a team environment, can multi-task, and can work under supervision to prepare designs which meet our client’s program, quality objectives, and project constraints You have a keen eye for detail, particularly when reviewing interior design documents Responsibilities You will be collaborating remotely with interior designers to bring designs to life for our residential construction projects through realistic 3D renders. Your responsibilities will include: Working closely with our interior design team in Miami (FL) on early-stage interior design projects to develop stunning visualizations Using V-Ray, Sketchup, and Photoshop to create renders; Revit skills would be a bonus Creating renderings including composition, lighting, and material creation Key Skills Experience with V-Ray, Sketchup, and Photoshop is essential You must be attentive to details and highly organized You must be able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision You must be able to take direction, feedback, and observations with a positive attitude You have strong written and verbal communication skills You must be fluent in English and Spanish Required Qualifications You must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ professional experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Sdhstudio
