Compensation: $65-70/hour Location: Houston, Texas Position: Agile Scrum Master Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Agile Scrum Master to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scrum professional to support and drive digital projects within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is a backfill for a recently vacated position and will require a candidate who is adaptable and eager to contribute beyond traditional Scrum responsibilities. The selected candidate will work closely with multiple teams, managing a mix of large-scale and smaller projects while ensuring Agile best practices are followed. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee 3 main projects and 6-8 smaller projects simultaneously. Support the entire digital project team (13 full-time employees). Ensure projects are properly set up in ADO. Collaborate daily with different teams, including the Data Science team. Assist with the Aspire/Connexus project. Facilitate contract calls (NDAs) and support month-end close. Primarily handle Scrum responsibilities (85-90%) but remain flexible to take on additional tasks as needed. Required Qualifications & Experience: Scrum Certification. Bachelor's degree. Experience in O&G or manufacturing industries. Experience with PI Planning Quarterly Reviews. Strong ability to build reports and analyze project data. Experience coordinating with multiple project teams simultaneously. Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Agile Coach experience.
