About the role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our growing team. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning models to address complex challenges and enhance the capabilities of our products and services. You will work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI into real-world applications and ensure that AI solutions meet both business and technical requirements.

What you'll do

  • The specific responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
    • AI Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various applications, such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
    • Data Preprocessing: Clean, preprocess, and structure large datasets to feed into AI models. Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of data used for training.
    • Algorithm Implementation: Implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and optimization techniques to improve model performance and efficiency.
    • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet business goals.
    • Model Evaluation & Improvement: Continuously test and evaluate the performance of AI models. Fine-tune and retrain models based on feedback, new data, and evolving requirements.
    • Deployment: Deploy AI models into production environments, ensuring their scalability, reliability, and performance.
    • Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and research. Contribute to the development of novel approaches and solutions to advance AI capabilities.
    • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation for code, processes, models, and algorithms. Present results and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What we need from you

  • Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience (2+ years) working with machine learning, deep learning, or AI technologies.
    • Familiarity with a wide range of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, etc.).
    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI models is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
    • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics).
    • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
    • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with specific AI technologies, such as NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, etc.
    • Familiarity with deploying AI models in production using containers and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
