Job Title: Anesthesiologist – Outpatient Surgery Centers

Location: Century City, CA

Position Summary:

Innovative Medical Solutions is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist to join our dynamic and collaborative team providing high-quality anesthesia care across multiple outpatient surgery centers . This role offers a predictable schedule, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care for a wide range of outpatient procedures, including but not limited to orthopedics, ophthalmology, ENT, GI, podiatry, and general surgery.
• Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations, formulate anesthesia plans, and provide intraoperative and postoperative anesthetic management.
• Administer general, regional, MAC (monitored anesthesia care), and local anesthetics as appropriate for the procedure and patient.
• Supervise Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) or collaborate with anesthesia care teams, where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards, including those set by CMS, ACHC, and other accreditation bodies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic or paper medical record (EMR).
• Participate in quality assurance/improvement initiatives and clinical meetings as required. Oversee purchase and logistics of narcotic ordering with Director of Nursing (DON.)

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (ABA).
• Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• Current DEA license.
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Experience in outpatient or ambulatory surgical settings preferred.

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Monday – Friday daytime hours; weekends coverage will vary based on schedule
• Travel to affiliated outpatient surgery centers may be required within a defined geographic area.

Compensation & Benefits:

$420,000-$450,000 Depending on experience. Will offer a directorship of $2500 per month.
