Century Assembly is seeking a full-time Assimilation and Events Director to join our team. This role guides people in their faith journey through discipleship, community, and service, while also creating church-wide events that inspire, connect, and glorify Jesus.

The Role

The Assimilation and Events Director helps people move from first-time guests to fully engaged disciples of Christ. This includes overseeing guest experiences, discipleship pathways, volunteer (visioneer) engagement, and managing all church-wide events. The director equips teams, partners with ministry leaders, and ensures that every detail reflects Century Assemblys vision and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the New Guest Experience, ensuring smooth next steps from altar call worship small groups volunteering.
• Oversee assimilation systems (data, follow-up, connect cards, guest care, discipleship pathways).
• Recruit, train, and empower visioneers (volunteers) across ministries.
• Plan and manage all church events from vision and design to execution and follow-up.
• Manage vendors, budgets, and logistics for high-quality, Christ-centered events.
• Foster cross-ministry collaboration to ensure alignment and excellence.

Qualifications

• Clear call to ministry aligned with Century Assembly tenants of faith and practice.
• Proven experience in assimilation, discipleship, and event leadership.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-ministry projects.
