Responsibilities · Assist the Retreat Director in supervising all aspects of Retreat operations, including driving revenue and profitability, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to brand systems and processes. · Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, developing, and retaining top talent. · Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role-playing, and training are essential for the success of the Front Desk Team. · Stay updated on all services, products, and promotions, and set an example for your team. · Manage team member schedules to ensure proper execution of daily operations. · Collaborate with the Retreat Director to set individual and team goals; create plans and take action to meet and exceed goals. · Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal and team goals.
