We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee medium to large-scale projects or significant portions of more complex initiatives. This role involves guiding projects through their full lifecycle, collaborating with sponsors, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This is a long-term contract position based in Boston, MA.

Project Management

  • Define scope, plan, budget, and manage all project phases.
  • Apply project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Monitor risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality testing.
  • Communicate progress via dashboards, reports, and presentations.

Client Experience

  • Understand sponsor’s business strategy and priorities.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and minimize scope creep.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations and ensure client satisfaction.

Analysis

  • Lead business analysis to assess impact of changes.
  • Track ROI and ensure project benefits are realized.
  • Document lessons learned and support issue resolution.

People Management

  • Coach and mentor Business Analysts.
  • Provide performance feedback and support development.

• Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, preferably within the financial services sector.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum practices.

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to guide cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in budgeting, planning, and resource allocation processes.

• Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively, applying creative problem-solving strategies.

• Excellent communication skills, with experience in preparing presentations and reports for diverse audiences.

• Familiarity with change management principles and their application in project environments.

• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
