About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in driving organizational strategy, designing and implementing processes, and overseeing key functions such as data management, advancement, external affairs, and partner relationships. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Executive Team, working closely with the CEO to support the expansion of the organization. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of non-profit management experience, and a proven track record in strategic planning, systems improvement, and leadership. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for executive team oversight, strategic plan implementation, data management, partner stewardship, and advancement activities, including marketing and fundraising. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff at the company include driving the implementation of a new vision for the Home Office, designing systems for collaboration, and managing the network Data Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to manage rapidly changing demands. They should be an independent and proactive problem solver, with experience in board relations and donor stewardship. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to lead and influence, and a commitment to the mission of providing all children with equal access to a high-quality, college-preparatory education.
