This isnt a support roleits a leadership launchpad. Youll work side-by-side with the CEO and CTO on customer success, operations, go-to-market, talent, investor relations, strategic planning, product insights, and more. Expectations are extremely high.
Youll toggle between 30,000 ft and ground level execution multiple times a daydrafting our Series A deck in the morning, then solving a customer crisis in the afternoon. Ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast with precision, and plans to build or run a company within 35 years. Expect monthly travel to customer sites and industry conferences. Lead customer calls, deliver customer success that exceeds expectations and drives renewals and expansion, execute quarterly business reviews, and own cross-functional projects that directly impact our Series A pathfrom new sales motions and website launches to supply chain optimization.
Company Operations
Design and run our operating rhythm: team off-sites, dashboards, vendor negotiations, investor updates, and daily systems that keep everyone aligned and accountable.
High-Stakes Strategic Projects
Co-own make-or-break initiatives such as fundraising strategy, pricing optimization, and market expansion.
Talent & Team Building
Source and close exceptional hires, design onboarding that gets people productive in week one, and build the recruiting playbook that scales our team.
