Facilities Attendant - Spokane Club

Full-Time Position at Spokane's Premier Private Club

The Spokane Club is seeking a dedicated Facilities Attendant to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality across our hotel and athletic facilities. This full-time position is essential to ensuring our members and guests enjoy pristine facilities that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Shift available: 8:30 pm- 5 am

Night position will receive night shift differential for pay.

What You'll Do
  • Locker Room Maintenance : Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards, stock amenities, and ensure all equipment functions properly
  • Hotel & Athletic Facilities : Clean hotel rooms, banquet spaces, conditioning rooms, and common areas
  • Daily Operations : Vacuum, mop, dust, handle trash removal, wash windows, and shampoo carpets
  • Inventory Management : Monitor and stock cleaning supplies and locker room amenities
  • Linen Service : Collect soiled linens and distribute clean linens throughout facilities
  • Member Service : Resolve member concerns using effective customer service skills
  • Special Projects : Assist with events, programs, and facility improvements as needed
  • Equipment Care : Clean and maintain conditioning room equipment and cleaning tools
What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Minimum age 18 with high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous janitorial, maintenance, or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally
  • Manual dexterity to operate cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, etc.)
  • Ability to climb ladders and remain on feet for most of shift
  • Understanding of proper cleaning materials and equipment usage
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
