Job Description: The Collections Analyst is responsible for engaging with customers to secure timely payments and resolve any concerns. This role involves identifying and correcting billing discrepancies, managing account portfolios, and maintaining account currency. The analyst will also detect and resolve cash application errors, investigate chargeback deductions, and handle special projects to contribute to process improvements. Collaboration with internal teams and customers is vital to provide effective solutions.
The role is based in a corporate office and requires working five days a week in the office. The work hours are flexible, starting as early as 7 am or as late as 8:30 am, with a 40-hour work week. Employees can choose between a half-hour or hour lunch break. There is an option to work nine-hour days from Monday to Thursday and leave at noon on Fridays, provided the 40-hour requirement is met.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
