Required Skills & Experience:

• Ability to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, forklifts, and boom lifts
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Basic knowledge of project management software
• Experience working on fast paced tenant improvement (T.I.) projects, remodels, or refresh projects in the commercial space

Job Description:

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for successfully executing construction projects through effective organization, planning, and oversight of all project tasks. This role includes conducting quality inspections and supervising all project personnel, including staff and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site oversight and coordinate all activities on the construction site.
• Monitor safety compliance and maintain cleanliness and orderliness on-site.
• Serve as the primary contact for inspection authorities, facilitating approvals and inspections.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
• Hire and assign subcontractors as needed for various work projects.

Compensation :

$120K/yr to $135K/yr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
