The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ethics, work ethic, and a proven track record of building trusted relationships within the retirement/pension industry. They should serve as a thought leader, contributing to industry best practices through articles, whitepapers, and social media. This role aligns with Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: Project Execution, Expertise, Business Development, Practice Development, and People Development. Responsibilities include partnering with clients, applying domain expertise, developing practice initiatives, and mentoring team members. We seek a selfless leader committed to client success and team growth. Experience Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or relevant field (Required) Advanced Degree preferred Approximately 20 years in the retirement/pension industry, including workplace DC and DB plans, annuities, NQDC, COLI, pension risk transfer, etc. (Required) Responsibilities Represent Cognizant as a key member of the Retirement Consulting Practice. Assess clients' current retirement/pension maturity across various dimensions. Assist industry leaders in transforming their businesses. Plan value-add projects with leadership. Manage project economics and identify upsell opportunities. Lead RFI/RFP responses and business development efforts. Translate objectives into scope and tasks, coach team members, and ensure quality. Build practice capabilities through case studies, whitepapers, and industry best practices. Contribute to recruitment and onboarding efforts.
