The Tucson Police Department is actively seeking experienced professionals for part-time Professional Staff roles within our cutting-edge Real-Time Crime Center (RTCC) . This is a unique opportunity to directly support law enforcement operations and help keep Tucson safe, all without wearing a badge. Your Role in the RTCC As a part-time Operational Analyst, you’ll be embedded in the Real-Time Crime Center, delivering time-sensitive, actionable intelligence to officers in the field. You’ll monitor citywide activity, assist with video and data analysis, and provide critical support during major incidents and investigations. Your contributions will have an immediate and measurable impact on community safety. We're looking for individuals with investigative, analytical, or public safety experience who want to stay connected to law enforcement in a meaningful way.
