As a Customer Experience Specialist , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients feel supported and informed every step of the way — from design consultation to project completion and beyond.

This position is 100% On Site - No remote work available

What You’ll Do:

• Be a friendly point of contact for clients alongside their designer.
• Follow up with leads and clients after design consultations and completed projects.
• Coordinate marketing touchpoints and ensure every client receives project updates.
• Track project progress and client communications in our systems (Procore, CRM).
• Partner with the Director of Customer Experience on client calls, gifts, training, and special events.
• Create and share engaging client content to enhance communication and connection.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a customer-facing role (luxury or design industry a plus).
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and more.
• A proactive problem solver who loves delivering five-star service.
• Employees who will stay long term.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail in all forms of communication, such as email, texts, and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach while still providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Knowledge of luxury design, pool, and landscape is a plus, but not a requirement
• Possess a high attention to detail and an exceptional regard for intricate organization
• Must be able to have masterful organizational skills to track hundreds of projects, provide weekly, monthly and year to date customer experience scores.
• Experience with Canva, Google Sheets, Excel, Microsoft
