📍 Location & Hours:

• Where? Our cool office in Fairfax/Merrifield, VA (you'll need to be able to get here!) 🏢
• When? Full-time, 40 hours a week. ⏰

What You'll Do:

As a vital part of our call center crew, you'll be the friendly first voice (or text/email!) our customers connect with. You'll help our sales team shine by making sure everything runs smoothly from the get-go. Your positive attitude and customer focus will help shape our company culture!

Here’s a peek at your day:

• 👋 Answer calls, texts, and emails like a pro, and figure out which leads are a great fit.
• 🗓️ Schedule and confirm those all-important estimate appointments.
• 📞 Follow up with leads that haven't scheduled or had to cancel.
• 꽉꽉 Fill up our appointment calendar each week – we aim for a full house!
• 🎯 Hit and keep a high booking rate with a 90% demo success!
• 💻 Keep our customer info in the CRM system up-to-date and accurate.
• 📊 Track where our leads come from and how appointments go.
• 📈 Share sales reports and keep everyone in the loop.
• 💡 Spot scheduling hiccups and suggest ways to make things even better.
• 🛠️ Help us improve our processes and keep things positive with the team.
• 😊 Make sure our customers are super happy and give us great ratings!
