As a Customer Success Specialist, you will: Assist in delivering value to customers by helping them understand and maximize their investment in Acqueon. Support customer adoption and satisfaction efforts to drive positive customer experiences. Work closely with senior team members to manage customer relationships and ensure retention. Help prepare and update strategic account plans under the guidance of experienced team members/ mentors. Engage with customers globally to assist with onboarding and ongoing product usage. Act as a trusted advisor for customers, answering basic technical questions and escalating complex issues to senior team members. Provide consulting guidance to customers to help them realize business value through Acqueon's products. Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategies and roadmaps for product and license expansion as well as improve adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to resolve customer concerns. Assist in tracking customer health metrics and identifying trends to improve customer engagement. Contribute to team efforts by researching best practices and supporting process improvements. Continuously learn about Acqueon's platform, industry trends, and customer needs. As a Customer Success Specialist in Acqueon you will need : Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, data analytics or a related field. Experience working in or with healthcare or healthcare related fields. 3 to 5 years experience in CS or account management. 2+ years working in tech/software. Experience within or deep knowledge of SaaS. Strong communication and active listening skills. A proactive and customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively. A team-player attitude with a willingness to learn from other colleagues. Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work 4 days a week onsite in Acqueon's Dallas office.
