Customer Success Specialist (Remote – Commission Only)

LifePro Recruitment is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to join our remote team and play a critical role in helping clients navigate the life insurance process. This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity for individuals who are passionate about creating great client experiences, solving problems, and driving long-term satisfaction.
You’ll work with inbound leads—no cold calling—and help ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their coverage decisions.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary support contact for prospective and current clients
Understand client needs and provide personalized product guidance
Assist clients through the life insurance application and approval process
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-ups in our CRM
Ensure a smooth, professional, and caring customer journey from start to finish
100% remote – work from anywhere in the U.S.

Compensation:
This is a 1099 commission-only role. Customer Success Specialists typically earn $3,000–$7,000/month, with top performers earning $10,000+/month.
