As a Data Entry Assistant, you will help maintainaccurate and up-to-date records that are essential to our programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data from paper forms, spreadsheets, or other sources into digital systems.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist with organizing and updating databases.
Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate staff.
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Commitment to confidentiality and data integrity.
