Responsibilities:

• Safely unload trailers, verify loads for accuracy, and stage products for put-away.
• Pick and pack orders using label picking, ring scanners, voice-directed picking, or paper pick tickets.
• Meet individual productivity and accuracy goals based on Labor Management (LM) metrics.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE), including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachments, and clamper trucks.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns and tools to track inventory.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counting.
• Communicate with team members across shifts and delivery personnel.
• Take on additional warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience operating a stand-up reach or cherry picker forklift.
• Ability to read barcodes or order numbers and experience using RF scanners.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to pass a clean background check and drug screening.
• Capable of lifting 30-40 lbs. throughout the shift (this role involves more than just forklift operation).
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Must have an updated resume for submission to the hiring manager.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 6AM-5PM
• Saturdays when necessary, but very rare

Pay Rate:

• $17/Hour
• Overtime
