Become a Deep Clean Specialist with Tucked & Tidy!

We’re looking for a Deep Clean Specialist who can plan, lead, and execute detailed deep cleans in our clients’ homes. This is not routine maintenance cleaning—it's the art and science of tackling the grime that’s built up over time.

You’ll analyze each home, create a tailored cleaning plan, delegate tasks to your teammate(s), and ensure nothing is missed. Along the way, you’ll keep in close communication with both the client and our office, making sure every job meets our 5-star standards.

What You'll Do

• Conduct strategic walk-throughs with clients to set expectations

• Develop a clear, room-by-room deep cleaning plan

• Delegate tasks to team members

• Oversee on-site execution, ensuring quality and safety

• Communicate with our Field Manager throughout the job

• Document any existing damage or issues via photos and notes

• Complete final checklists and walkthroughs to ensure precision

• Train new team members in our deep cleaning techniques and products

• Prior cleaning experience is a plus (especially deep cleaning or leadership experience)

• Willingness to learn our specific products and processes
