Job Description
Act as liaison between patients and dental staff, explaining treatment plans, managing financial arrangements and scheduling appointments. Obtain insurance benefits and be able to assist the patient in understanding the scope of their dental benefits. Be able to communicate in a clear and concise way that leaves no question as to the patient financial obligation. Administrative tasks like processing payments, handling insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims and coordinate office billing. This role requires confidence, strong communication skills, and to build rapport with patients and fellow staff members. Heavy phones need a warm welcoming approach with patient satisfaction our number one goal!
