Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients with warmth and friendliness during both check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls promptly and courteously
- Efficiently arrange and coordinate appointments
- Present and discuss treatment plans with patients
- Provide patients with cost estimates before treatment and ensure clear communication
- Confirm appointments scheduled through Zocdoc and online platforms
- Update and maintain the daily schedule, including follow-up and recall reports
- Work closely with dentists and support staff to deliver exceptional service
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills consistently
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Dentrix software is a mandatory requirement to ensure effective communication within our dental practice setting
- Demonstrating a friendly and task-oriented approach is essential for engaging with both patients and colleagues successfully
