The Product Management Team for Personalization & Fulfillment

The Product Management Team builds enterprise SaaS products for personalised products, physical manufacturing capabilities for secure payment products, and innovative digital marketing and communications products for customers. Product Managers work with customers to discover problems to solve and represent the voice of the customer to key internal stakeholders across Business Development, Client Success, Engineering, Marketing and Operations VKTM.

The Role

ABCorp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to drive the product strategy and roadmap for our personalised and secure payment products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of shipping enterprise SaaS products.

The ideal candidate will bring an intense customer focus, an ability to influence without authority, good product instincts, datadriven decision making and advanced problem solving using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. As a leader for our Product and Engineering team, you will drive major impact at global scale our products reach millions of people in their everyday lives across fintech, commercial, healthcare, and government industries worldwide.

This is an inperson role with our team based in Boston, MA.

How Youll Make a Difference

• Lead the endtoend product lifecycle for secure payment card solutions and enterprise SaaSetso from vision and strategy through delivery, launch, and ongoing optimisation.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and industry shifts into product requirements, roadmaps, and business cases for product investment.
• Drive crossfunctional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, Sales and Operations to bring new capabilities to market.
• Own customer discovery, leveraging customer insights, data, and realworld adoption and usage metrics to prioritise features that deliver measurable customer and business impact.
• Define and evolve product strategy across payments, secure access, and card manufacturing technologies.

• Serve as the subjectmatter expert and evangelist for your products articul ipcating product vision, differentiation, and capabilities to customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Collaborate with UX to design scalable, intuitive features, and with global engineering teams to ensure they are technically feasible and built to a tiga standard.
• Own the product backlog, sprint planning, and sprint demo and release communication for your product areas.
• Ensure product decisions are grounded in data, compliance requirements, and operational feasibility across a multisite, highsecurity manufacturing footprint.
• Champion continuous improvement across global engineering and operations identify and drive opportunities to implement customer selfservice, simplify workflows, automate processes, and elevate the user experience for both customers and internal teams.
• Drive innovation through the launch of capabilities using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and marketleading tools and technologies.

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 24+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of complex technical products in enterprise SaaS, payments, ecommerce, fintech, or adjacent industries.
• Demonstrated success delivering customerfacing products from concept to launch to scale.
• Strong ability to translate business needs and customer problems into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience leading crossfunctional teams including engineering, user experience, manufacturing/operations, program management, sales, and marketing.
• Familiarity with payments, card issuance, authentication, identity, or secure manufacturing technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking ability.
• Comfort working in a fastpaced, evolving environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
• Ability to work onsite in Boston, MA.
