📍 Location: Cincinnati, OH

We’re seeking skilled Machine Operators to help shape the future of aerospace manufacturing. If you have a mechanical mindset, a passion for quality, and experience with CNC or EDM machines, this is your opportunity to work in a cutting-edge production facility featuring over150 EDM machines.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate conventional and 5-axis EDM machines.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot machine issues to prevent defects and scrap.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of daily production.
• Adapt to different jobs as needed, following training.
• Consistently achieve 98%+ efficiency while maintaining strict quality standards.

✅ Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.
• Experience with CNC or metal machining.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Aerospace or EDM experience is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to read/write English.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
