Are you ready to launch your electrical career, but don’t know where to start? If you have 0–6 months of experience and are interested in attending an accredited electrical trade school, Tradesmen International has the perfect opportunity for you!

Tradesmen International is hiring Electrical Apprentices in Des Moines to join our paid internship style program designed to give you real world experience while earning your license. You'll work full-time with experienced Electricians on active job sites while attending school and gaining on-the-job training hours that count toward your licensing requirements.

What You’ll Get:

• $17/hour starting pay
• Tuition reimbursement

• You must complete OSHA 10 within your first 500 hours of employment and before being registered for the schooling program
• Subject to background checks, applicants must have no prior felonies
• Tradesmen will track and verify all on-the-job training hours toward the 8,000 hours required for your Journeyman license
• Completion of 576 classroom hours also required for Journeyman licensing

What We’re Looking For:

• Individuals with 0–6 months of electrical experience
• Enrolled or planning to enroll in any accredited electrical trade program
• Reliable, eager to learn, and ready to work with a team of Professionals
• Open to working full-time while attending school
