Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing various events from conception to completion. Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation. Support marketing efforts related to events, including social media promotion and email campaigns. Maintain and update event budgets, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness. Serve as on-site support during events, helping to manage setup, registration, and troubleshooting guest needs. Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
