Prolific Evolutions , a fast-moving direct sales firm in Melville brings cutting-edge wireless sales solutions to customers in lively retail environments. We’re hiring a motivated Entry Level Wireless Services Sales Consultant to drive sales and deliver expert guidance on telecom products.

As an Entry Level Wireless Services Sales Consultant, you will play a hands-on role in driving sales and delivering personalized AT&T wireless solutions in a retail setting. You’ll interact directly with customers, assess their communication needs, and recommend products and services that align with their lifestyle, ensuring a smooth, informative, and service-focused experience.

What You'll Be Doing As An Entry Level Wireless Services Consultant:

• Execute direct retail sales campaigns on behalf of AT&T to increase new customer acquisition and sales revenue 
• Proactively engage retail customers, initiating friendly and informative conversations about their AT&T wireless needs and preferences 
• Deliver dynamic, hands-on demonstrations that showcase key features and clearly communicate product value
• Develop in-depth product knowledge across mobile devices, data plans, smart accessories, and related AT&T wireless services
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend personalized wireless solutions that align with each customer’s lifestyle
• Guide customers through the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to completed purchase and service activation, with precision and care
• Process new sales, upgrades, and transactions using POS systems, maintaining compliance and data accuracy
• Address customer questions and concerns with confidence, delivering a positive and professional in-store experience
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs while contributing to the overall success of the retail team
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and visually engaging retail space that enhances product visibility and customer engagement
• Accurately log customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information into the designated systems
• Stay current on wireless product launches, pricing updates, promotions, and evolving industry trends to remain competitive

• You engage retail customers effortlessly, sparking meaningful conversations that uncover their wireless needs 
• You stay curious about mobile technology and enjoy turning complex features into easy-to-understand solutions
• You present wireless products with confidence, persuading customers through clear value and benefits
• You excel in goal-oriented environments, consistently driving performance through competitive energy

Earn an hourly wage with unlimited upside - commissions are uncapped, and your success sets the ceiling. Listed pay ranges are based on average annual earnings in the role with commission included.
