Job Description :

We are seeking a self-driven Environmental Compliance Coordinator to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This position is hybrid , requiring some in-office direction at our Longview, TX location, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the hours. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating emission stack tests, reviewing test reports, and assisting with regulatory report uploads to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review stack test reports for accuracy and ensure compliance with state and federal environmental regulations.
• Upload completed test reports to regulatory platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of all environmental test reports.
• Assist with compliance documentation and reporting for environmental regulations.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes and updates to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Additional responsibilities to be considered based on applicant skill level and development.

Qualifications :

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage big data.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with environmental compliance, particularly in stack testing, report review, and regulatory submissions.
• Familiarity with state and federal environmental regulations (e.g., Clean Air Act, NESHAP, NSPS, etc.).
