The Event

The Livelong Womens Health Summit is a bold new stage for women, science, and longevity. Through immersive sessions, interactive workshops, roundtables, and networking opportunities, we turn evidence-based research into actionable strategies for women ready for clear, actionable wellness that makes a real difference in their lives. This Summit is designed to inspire, empower, and educate, bringing together an audience of engaged attendees ready to take control of their health. The event takes place in March 2026 in San Francisco.

The Role

Were looking for a standout event marketer who knows how to drive registrations and fill the room (translation: get butts in seats). As Event Marketing Director, youll own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for the Summitleading campaigns across paid and organic social, email, PR, influencer partnerships, speaker assets, and media collaborations. Youll work closely with the leadership team on high-value media partnerships and strategic initiatives, while delivering measurable results, maintaining the Summits scientific credibility, and growing our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing plan to maximize attendance, ticket sales, and engagement.
  • Lead paid and organic social campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Oversee email marketing strategy, automation, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Manage PR, influencer partnerships, podcast opportunities, and speaker amplification.
  • Collaborate with executives on media partnerships and ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, focusing on ticket sales, cost per acquisition, and ROI.
  • Ensure all marketing content and collateral is on-brand, high-quality, and scientifically credible.
  • Apply AI and marketing tech where appropriate to scale content, optimize targeting, and improve performance.

Key Deliverables / Success Metrics

  • Achieve or exceed ticket sales and registration goals.
  • Optimize cost per ticket acquisition across all channels.
  • Drive measurable growth in social, email, and influencer-driven engagement.
  • Execute media partnerships that deliver tangible registrations.
  • Maintain high attendee satisfaction and engagement metrics.

Qualifications

  • 57+ years of marketing experience, ideally in events, D2C, wellness, or womens health.
  • Proven track record of driving attendance and conversions for live or virtual events.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social, email, PR, influencer, and partnership campaigns.
  • Data-driven with experience in tracking, reporting, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong project management and execution skills, able to oversee multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills; able to work with executives, speakers, and media partners.

Preferred

  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Experience marketing premium events or conferences in wellness, longevity, or womens health.
  • Prior experience managing media partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ticketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Passion for translating scientific research into actionable health strategies for real women.
