I’m an entrepreneur with a tech company, a few pieces of real estate, and an ever-growing list of projects that I simply can’t say no to. I’m looking for an Executive (& Marketing) Assistant who can help me get s*** done with a smile on their face. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and has a “get it done” mentality regardless of the task at hand. If you’re resourceful, tech-savvy, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves (and sometimes work late), this could be the perfect job for you. There is no cap on compensation and the more you put into the company, the more you’ll get out of it.


What You’ll Do

You’ll be my right hand, working across multiple companies and projects to make sure everything runs smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

Administrative & Operations

  • Create invoices, track and collect payments
  • Update CRM systems (Salesforce) and maintain organized records


Marketing for Connect the Doc (CTD)

  • Create, schedule, and post social media content
  • Edit videos, write blogs, and produce marketing collateral


Sales Support for CTD

  • Send follow-up emails to prospects
  • Create engaging sales screen-share videos and presentations
  • Prepare proposals and help close deals
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle task follow-up

Channel Partnerships

  • Research and reach out to potential partners
  • ​​​​​​​Use LinkedIn for outreach and relationship building

Investor Relations

  • Assist with investor decks, reports, and presentations
  • ​​​​​​​Prepare sales and investment collateral for pitches


As the company grows, this list will continue to get longer and my goal would be to transition you into bigger role.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has prior experience in accounting, sales, marketing, business operations, or investor relations
  • ​​​​​​​Is happy to work in our Vancouver office when needed
  • Thrives in fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environments and can work long hours when required
  • Has exceptional communication and organization skills
  • Possesses strong creative skills with an eye for quality
  • Is highly proficient with AI tools to increase efficiency and output
  • Is adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Can drive and be involved in-person meetings when needed
