With the support of their Executive Partner, our Gartner for General Counsel (GC) clients more adeptly assess the changes needed within their organization, manage legal and related risks more effectively, achieve their goals more quickly, and operate with a higher assurance of success. As an Executive Partner, you will have the opportunity to deliver solutions for the most critical legal, governance, and risk management challenges facing companies across all industries. What You'll Do: Provide executive advisory services to GC members across all industries and business models. Synthesize Gartner insights and data to deliver world-class advisory support through ongoing bi-weekly client engagement and periodic client working sessions. The ability and willingness to operate independently to adapt materials for client use is required. Host, facilitate, and/or participate in periodic member activities, including working sessions, peer roundtables, sessions, and client meetings at conferences and webinars, delivered virtually or on-site. Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member needs and developing customized value plans aligned with overall strategy and product deliverables. Facilitate member interaction and peer collaboration via the Gartner for GC community portal and connections. Collaborate with Gartner team members supporting members alongside Client Support Professionals and Account Executives. Participate in all member lifecycle phases: pre-sale, onboarding, relationship management, delivery, review, and renewal. Partner with Research Analysts to identify content gaps relevant and valuable to members. Focus on sales enablement, supporting member retention and account growth by working with sales teams, building confidence in engaging with C-suite prospects, creating Value Stories, and participating in account planning and proof-of-concept engagements. What You'll Need: Experienced Corporate General Counsel or senior legal leader with broad expertise, having operated at a senior leadership level and driven organizational change. At least 5+ years as a GC and 15+ years in corporate legal environments. Deep understanding of the Legal function and related areas such as Compliance, Audit & Risk. Experience across multiple industries supporting diverse organizations. Law firm experience including client relationship management and revenue activities is highly beneficial. Technologically savvy; able to handle administrative tasks independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Consulting experience is a plus. Who You Are: Critical thinker and problem solver able to assess situations and provide actionable advice. Skilled in building strategic internal partnerships and driving change. High-level executive presence with the ability to quickly build trust and deliver value. Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
