Benefits and Compensation:

Attractive total compensation package ranging from $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice.
Comprehensive benefits package beginning day one, including:
212 hours of PTO annually (prorated based on start date)
80 hours of sick leave annually (prorated)
Work life balance through flexible and alternative work schedules with generous paid time off package and minimal weekend and holidays required.

To become a part of our dedicated clinical team, you need the following qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience
Must have National Certification
Hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona License and DEA
Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
