  • Average yearly pay for the Experienced Floral Designer position is $53,000 per year including tips and overtime. This is an hourly position.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a retail flower shop.
  • Knowledge of fresh floral product and design techniques and mechanics.
  • Ability to stand for duration of shift.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Positive approach to your work and interaction with others.
  • Passion for quality products and excellent customer service.

Compensation details: 16-19 Hourly Wage
