Our only goal is to help experienced agents sell more houses, by providing the highest quality leads, the best in industry training and continued support from our back office to keep you focused on what is important.

What makes Tuscana Properties unique:

1. We provide our agents with 5 - 10 tangible appoinments every…single…month. These are leads that are actively scheduling an appointment, and have already confirmed that they are interested in purchasing or selling a home. Arguably the warmest leads you can get your hands on in the real estate space.
2. A compensation plan where our agents can expect to make $100k+ on an annual basis. Almost all brokerages say this, but we have not just the leads, but the training and continued support to make it happen.
3. We have listings - unlike many other Teams that only work on Zillow Buyer Leads, we generate 100s of leads a year form our own listings, and we have Open House opportunities available each week for our agents to choose from.

In addition to working with Websites like Zillow, Realtor.com, Homelight and Fast Expert to name a few Tuscana Properties has over 10,000 visitors to their website a month and generates 300 - 400 inbound leads a mont. Agents on our team that are following our system are opening 2-3 escrows a month. We convert 100+ transactions annually from online lead sources, and we are just getting started. No wonder why Tuscana Properties has sold 1,500 homes so far!

Qualifications:

1. A CA Real Estate License (Mandatory)
2. 1+ Years of Real Estate Sales Experience at a Bay Area Real Estate Brokerage.
3. Tech-Savvy: Embrace new tools and platforms in the tech-savvy world of real estate.
4. Exceptional Communication Networking: Master the art of communication, negotiation, and networking.
5. Driven Motivated: Display self-motivation, drive, and a readiness to overcome challenges.
6. Organized Time Management Pro: Maintain organization and excel in time management.

Job Type: Full-time only

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Schedule: Daily

Self-determined schedule

Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay
