Job Title: Head of Change Management

Location: National Harbor, MD (Hybrid)

Type: Full Time

Compensation: $110,000 to $170,000 DOE, Annually

Were seeking a Head of Change Management to lead the development and execution of organizational change management strategies that facilitate the seamless adoption of Cloud and AI solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding and supporting stakeholders to enhance their cloud operations, optimize their adoption processes, and drive sustained business success.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and customize change management strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies tailored to Azure and our in-house generative AI product, nebulaONE.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, project managers, and/or other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of change initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to support change adoption and address concerns.
  • Lead and manage change projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals.
  • Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change projects, highlighting any issues or deviations from the plan.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of change management processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management on the status of change initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Azure and nebulaONE.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least 4-8 years of experience in change management.
  • Proven experience with AI technologies, and comfortability with prompt engineering.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, managing client relationships and expectations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
