Healthcare Customer Success Representative

• Required) Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Healthcare Customer Service
• Preferred) Bilingual in Spanish

Onsite in Phoenix, AZ 85004 Contract with potential to convert to permanent Pay rate of $19-$20 per hour Monday through Friday | Training will be from 7:30a-4p for 2 weeks, normal schedule will be 8:30a-5p Responsibilities: General administrative duties while taking inbound and doing outbound calling Processing payments, insurance verification and authorizations Connect with patients to schedule appointments and transportation needs Data entry, and chart management Ability to de-escalate customer service complaints, or escalate when necessary Heavy Inbound and outbound calls to follow up with clients and physicians Qualifications: (Required) 1 year or more of recent experience in the healthcare field Prior warehouse experience is a plus Strong verbal and phone communication skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively Ability to multi-task while staying composed and professional Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour Search managed by: Katherine Geanetta Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
