We are seeking Quality Experienced CNA, HHA , and Caregivers for Home Care visits and shifts, to become a part of our team! Assignments throughout Hillsborough county. Must Apply in person in our Tampa office Mon-Fri 9a-4p

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients, ambulation, light housekeeping & meal prep
• Follow Patient Care Plan as directed by Nursing Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients and family members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be Fluent in English speaking and documentation
• Must have: Level 2 Background screening, BLS-CPR, HIV, Self Administration of Medication & 2 Hour Alzheimer's and Related Dementia Certificates, Current Physical that states Free from Communicable Diseases and Negative TB or Chest X-Ray.
