Job Summary
We are looking for a RN,/LVN /Certified Home Health Aide to work directly with patients flowing a one-on-one care plan in patient home, Assistants living facility and Board and Care. Jameco Home Health provides patients with quality attentive care. We build genuine relationships with those we serve. This position will require you to be detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.
