Facility is a hospital
Position - Temp to Perm
Pay - $13.00 hr
Shifts - 1st (6:30 am to 3:00 pm) 2nd (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm) 3rd (10:00 pm - 6:30 am)
Must be available to work all holidays
No minimum experience
Duties and responsibilities:
Terminal cleaning of patient rooms is cleaning a vacant room that need to be deep clean before the next patient is assigned to the room.
The pull soiled linen and trash, strip linen off beds, disinfectant surfaces, clean restrooms including showers, disinfect the bed and remake with clean linen, restock dispensers and swipe and mop floors.
Proof of vaccinations
Two step TB Test results (2 Tb skin tests no more than 1 year apart. For example, 2019 and 2020 or a 2 step TB test). Quantiferon Gold or TSpot are acceptable for current year.
Flu vaccination– during flu season (September- March)
Proof of 2 MMR and Varicella vaccination or positive titers. If unable to provide, a declination must be signed.
Tdap/Td vaccination within the last 10 years. If unable to provide, a declination must be signed.
Proof of 3 Hepatitis B vaccines or positive titer recommended for those who have direct patient contact or contact with a patient’s environment. A declination must be signed if vaccines are declined.
