Move hiring packets through the offer process in Mass Careers and the hiring process in HR/CMS. Respond to finalist inquiries. Establish personnel files for new employees; process enrollment forms such as GIC, Retirement, and Union. Track or process various HR items as assigned such as training status reports, performance review completion reports, correspondence, pay increases, promotions, and various quality control reports.
