Complete Description: Perform personnel functions such as screen employment applications & resumes to determine if a candidate meets position requirements; match applicants to job postings and develop, send and track correspondence to non-selected job applicants Screen the contents of hiring packets prior to development of employment offers to validate content is complete and accurate. Move hiring packets through the offer process in Mass Careers and the hiring process in HR/CMS. Respond to finalist inquiries. Establish personnel files for new employees; process enrollment forms such as GIC, Retirement, and Union. Track or process various HR items as assigned such as training status reports, performance review completion reports, correspondence, pay increases, promotions, and various quality control reports.
