💵 Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience) + bonus opportunities

🛠️ What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform regular maintenance on residential HVAC systems to keep them running efficiently and extend their lifespan.

• Perform system inspections, tune-ups, and cleanings

• Replace filters, inspect coils, check refrigerant levels, and lubricate moving parts

• Identify and report potential system issues

• Educate customers on system care and recommend service plans

• Use mobile apps to log services performed and customer notes

You’ll work with a steady flow of maintenance visits , not high-pressure sales.

👷 What You Bring:

• Basic HVAC knowledge or education (school, trade program, or hands-on experience)

• Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record

• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain — we can help)
