The HVAC/Refrigeration Manager is responsible for oversight of all activities associated with HVAC and Refrigeration systems throughout a network of facilities. In addition to oversight of dispatching of HVACR maintenance calls, administration of work order process flow, monitoring of HVACR systems, administration of necessary maintenance records retentions, and production of various reports associated, the HVAC/Refrigeration Manager will have responsibility of direct reports (Maintenance District Manager (MDM) HVACR, Facilities Coordinator HVACR and HVACR Dispatcher) based in the Pearland, TX office.
• Performs daily oversight of HVAC and Refrigeration Monitoring
• Performs daily workflow oversight of HVACR Dispatch
• Provides back up support to both Monitoring and HVACR Dispatch as necessary Improve efficiency of Monitoring and HVACR Dispatch Group processes by evaluating system results, recommending new systems, training, policies and procedures; implement revisions
• Monitors and expedites any work flow exceptions Work directly with internal departments, stores and vendors to ensure work process flow is maintained
• Coordinates preventative maintenance of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment
• Facilitates recurring contract work and approves invoices Develops and performs oversight of accurate records for HVAC and Refrigeration repair and maintenance as well as store HVAC and Refrigeration assets
• Provide excellent customer service to support internal and external customers Improve existing HVACR maintenance administration programs by identifying process flow inefficiencies
• Provide analytical and technical support in the daily operation of the facilities maintenance HVACR department
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant maintenance management experience
• Previous HVACR reactionary services management experience
• CO2 refrigeration and CO2 rack systems experience
• Proficient skill level with Microsoft applications
