As a technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain household appliances, ensuring top-quality service for our loyal customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair major household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, dryers, and more.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on appliance maintenance and care.
• Accurately document service calls, parts used, and repair details.
• Stay up to date with industry standards and appliance technologies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including company vehicles and tools.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
