In-Home Caregiver Opportunity – Part-Time Pool Position with Path to Full-Time
Location & Hours:
Hiring for Pool in Annapolis and Surrounding Areas
Pay Range:
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour (base rate)
• Pay differential available for daily shifts under 6 hours and PRN shifts, up to $50/week
• Opportunity to accumulate paid sick leave
• W2 pay (bi-weekly)

We’re currently hiring for our pool team—flexible, on-call caregivers who help us meet client needs across the region. Reliable, high-performing team members may be offered full-time roles as we continue to grow.
Requirements:
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience preferred: CNA, CMT, HHA, GNA—but not required
• Willing to complete training, background check, and health screening on time.
• Comfortable using scheduling and care documentation apps
• Must be able to drive without restrictions
Responsibilities:
• Assist with personal care: dressing, mobility, hygiene, medication support
• Encourage daily activities and light exercises
• Collaborate with our RN to deliver care that empowers seniors and follow our INSPIRED care approach
• Monitor medications and update care notes for families and providers
