The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an experienced HR professional to join a well-established professional services firm. This role will assist with employee relations, benefits, compensation, and will help with other HR projects and initiatives. This is an exciting role for someone with 3 years of HR experience with previous corporate or professional services experience who is looking to join a collaborative team! Responsibilities Include: Respond to and connect with employees about a variety of HR topics Collaborate with HR team on initiatives and processes Assist with developing and implementing employee focused HR strategies Contribute to benefits and 401k administration and assisting with open enrollment Candidate Requirements: 3+ years of HR experience Professional services experience strongly preferred Experience with employee relations preferred Experience with benefits administration Proficiency in MS Office Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
