Your primary focus will be on providing client centered counseling to employees, empowering them for growth and development toward their unique goals. Additionally, you'll facilitate monthly group sessions focused on skill development, team training and company wide presentations to impact the culture of the entire organization.

Life Coach - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical assessment and treatment of employee mental health needs
• Deliver monthly training sessions on skills that improve mental health
• Create and share resources for employees to improve wellbeing
• Present practice tools at company wide meetings
• Support teams and leaders with group training needs
• Facilitate monthly emotional intelligence training for new employees
• Provide crisis intervention as needed

Life Coach - Required Education, Experience and Skills:

• Masters or Graduate degree in social work, psychology, or counseling required .
• 3 to 5 years of clinical experience is preferred.
• Licensed to diagnose and treat mental health and substance abuse disorders. (PsyD, LCSW or LPC)
• Understands and supports the mission and core values of Delta Defense.
• Can secure boundaries, supporting confidentiality and rights for mental health.
• Growth minded, aligned with company core values and vision.
• Presentation skills for delivering content to large and small groups.
• Demonstrates the Core Values of Delta Defense, LLC.

This position is based at our corporate headquarters in West Bend, Wisconsin. A hybrid arrangement with some remote work will be considered.
