Hospitality is a work of heart, Join us and become a Heartist. Job Description Ensure constant supervision of the swimming pool, fitness, beach, and its surroundings. Ensure the cleanliness of the swimming pool, fitness, beach, and its surroundings. Ensure the good use of all equipment placed under your responsibility. Organize the arrangement of the equipment around the swimming pool, fitness, beach, and kids club. Provide daily activities, exercise classes, and other sport activities upon request. Be responsible for the maintenance of sports and pool equipment, ensuring all equipment is kept in the best condition. Promote sports activities to hotel guests and the local community. Be responsible for and execute sport activities such as beach volleyball, water sports, water exercises, stretching aerobics, etc. Handle reservations for hotel activities and notify the responsible section for classes. Ensure operational efficiency of all Lifestyle department areas, especially Pool and Beach, during shifts and service delivery. Plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate all activities to provide a complete recreational program with consistent quality of service and care. Replace the Lifestyle Manager and perform their duties during their absence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in physical education. At least 2-3 years of experience in the sector with impeccable knowledge of activities, fitness, or kids club. Languages: fluent in the national language, good spoken English, and a third language is a plus. Additional Information
