Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our apartments communities/rental homes. Your duties will include conducting routine inspections, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring all repairs are completed in a timely manner to minimize downtime. Knowledge of Electrical and Plumbing, Basic Carpentry, Appliance repair, Basic HVAC, painting and drywall repair, and other miscellaneous maintenance tasks. Property management experience preferred but not required. If you are excellent in what you do and take pride in your work, we would like to meet with you.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks (such as HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, etc.).
  • Conduct inspections of property to identify and resolve issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure functionality.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management.
  • Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license & vehicle insurance.
  • Consistent work history and verifiable references
  • Ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring lifting and manual labor.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license & vehicle insurance.
  • A positive attitude.
