Robert Half is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with experts and vendors to craft impactful marketing materials and campaigns. Responsibilities:

• Design and edit marketing materials using tools such as Adobe InDesign and Canva.

• Develop compelling marketing copy by conducting interviews with product experts and gaining an in-depth understanding of offerings.

• Oversee the creation of brochures for head protection products, coordinating with external vendors and managing writing and editing tasks.

• Partner with internal teams to create strategies that showcase product features and benefits in distributor showrooms.

• Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to implement showroom programs, including crafting promotional materials and communications.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and enhance product visibility.

• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

• Utilize CRM tools and Facebook Insights to track campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.

• Contribute to blogging and social media efforts to boost brand awareness.

• Assist in budget planning and allocation for marketing initiatives.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and social media analytics tools such as Facebook Insights.
• Strong skills in campaign planning and execution.
• Ability to write and edit engaging marketing copy.
• Experience in collaborating with vendors and managing projects.
• Knowledge of brand awareness strategies and advertisement creation.
• Understanding of budget processes and financial planning for marketing activities.
